Membership fees and payment terms are outlined in the Membership Agreement. By providing banking information, you authorize Credit Group to process payments as specified in your membership plan.
All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are owned by Credit Group and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Credit Group provides educational services and guidance. We do not guarantee specific results regarding credit score improvements. Results depend on individual circumstances and active participation in the program.
Credit Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
